The Tin, in Berlin, a restaurant/bar. Neutral enough, cold, a tad harsh on the surface, but see how magic flows interwoven in warmish light. It misses a little more green, to pound the balance into a more human and less cavernal side. But it's no sci-fi-faceted crap, just a romantic, spirituous eat-out where you'll be no less than inspired. Check it out!

Chalk Wall

The Smitten Studio of Sarah Samuel, with a great view on black slate. You might consider it a somewhat risky investment, because you must also embrace the fact that chalk dust can be tricky to clean, and accept it as a decor asset.

In this case in particular, we love the way how this was applied as another regular black wall, that can be used to make contrast with art, plus the bonus of... Writing!
