Jazz in Sydney

Cheery but mellow enough, these spaces tell much from the colours they dress. Gives the chills with that much coolness, because of it's blatant amount of white and yellow, pink, fluo stuff. And when you throw in to the mix some natural textures, you can feel it relax a bit. Kind of jazzy too. Intelectuality and instinct. Not raw, but classy, if you notice the decor closely.

We guess this is the main reason why we should relate with a lively but rationalized interior decor. Our house should space us and provoke our inner sensibility to feel and think, evolve. Get the full picture after the jump!

We're back with more decor inspiration. Have a look at this wonderful image collection and render this picture of a green/red-less christmas. Reduced to black and white, and maybe with a pinch of gold. Perfect.

Also, we love you, readers!

Eat... Drink... Americano!

Yet, another black slate... The perfect medium to announce the perfect gluttony fest. Big beautiful letters that don't fall short as a decor asset. But it goes on... Worn furniture. Check! Brick walls. Check! Reclaimed wood. Check! Perfect photos of food... Yup! Right after the jump!

Chalk Wall

The Smitten Studio of Sarah Samuel, with a great view on black slate. You might consider it a somewhat risky investment, because you must also embrace the fact that chalk dust can be tricky to clean, and accept it as a decor asset.

In this case in particular, we love the way how this was applied as another regular black wall, that can be used to make contrast with art, plus the bonus of... Writing! Also, you can't miss the fact that matte is sexy. Browse through these pictures and see by yourself why this new black can be so charming.

A Modern Shanghai in Melbourne

Under the topic of reclaimed materials, this interior design example must be one of the best examples around. It's David's restaurant, located in Melbourne, and the design held by Hecker and Guthrie. Contrasts are hot, but at the same time they're also very soothing, that can easily charm us into pleasant and relaxing food experience. It's like entering inside tea, in the best way possible... erm... Not imagining hot water burns, huh?... Anyway!... Check the images by yourself, and note those lamps. It's all sooo delicious!
